HOW TO EVALUATE NETWORK MARKETING COMPANIES
We have all heard that 90% of most Network Marketing Companies are not reliable.
I have been searching the internet for information that would allow me to make a good decision on a Network Marketing Company. I want a company that I can receive a “Reliable, Long Term, Leverage, Residual Income.”
This kind of income will continue to come in after you build your business. It will continue for your children’s children. This means that if something would happen that you are no longer able to build the business, the checks will still come in. If in case of your death, it will continue for your family.
Most Network Marketing Companies have a clause in their compensation plan that if something happens to you, your business no longer exists and the checks stop.
In my evaluation, I have found a formula that will help you to determine exactly what kind of Network Marketing Company you are investigating.
This formula is called “The Five Pillars”. It will give you the guide to determine if the company is a “Five Pillar Company”
# ONE Pillar is:
COMPANY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH INTEGRITY
A. The company management has a proven record of building a MLM business.
B. Public Traded Companies have extra expense.
C. Is the company thinking of the welfare of the representative?
# TWO Pillar:
TIME IN COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT
A. How long has the company been in business?
B What is the success of the company in two years?
C. Two years is a good guide to go by for a new company to be successful.
# THREE Pillar:
PRODUCTS
A. Most company products are good..
B. Beware of companies with no products. They could be an illegal scam.
#FOUR Pillar:
COMPENSATION PLANS
A. Not all compensation plans are in favor of the representatives.
B. Important to read and understand. If in doubt ASK.
C. If it contains a lot of pages and terms, it could be there to confuse you.
# FIVE Pillar:
DUPLICATION
A. In order to make your business successful, you must have a good duplicable system.
B. This means that what you do can be repeated by your downline.
C. If you have coachable people, they will be able to duplicate you.
